Curriculum of the College of Tourism and Leisure Industry
The College of Tourism and Leisure Industry imparts general education and specific commercial studies, training in the fields of tourism and gastronomy, communicative skills in three foreign languages, knowledge and proficiency in the field of guest service, food and beverage management and in the field of administration and customer service.
Students can choose from a vast array of additional qualifications offering them a real head start: internationally recognised front-office training through the exclusive cooperation with "Les Clefs d´Or", bartender, junior sommelier, beer sommelier, coffee and tea expert, pastry and cheese expert and language certificates.
First you can choose between the study program in English or in German

Besides English and French we offer Spanish and Italian. In particular, in the international hospitality, catering and tourism business, foreign languages bring about a decisive advantage, already at your first job interview and further on also during your professional career.

During the school holidays the students need to complete a twelve week internship.
